Daniel & Partners LLP is in search of a full-time Law Clerk/Legal Assistant to assist two lawyers with their busy practices. Preference will be awarded to graduates of a Law Clerk/Legal Assistant program, with Real Estate experience. Litigation and Employment law experience will also be considered assets.

Applicants must be enthusiastic and motivated to work hard to meet important deadlines. Applicants must possess the ability to multi-task in a prioritized fashion, with strong attention to detail.

Strong typing skills and familiarity with several computer programs, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, Conveyancer and Teraview are essential, in addition to clear verbal and written communication, organizational and inter-personal skills.
