Firm’s efforts successful in Regional Dispute

On March 22, 2018, Donald C. DeLorenzo one of the municipal lawyers at the firm, attended the Niagara Region Council meeting on behalf of the Town of Pelham, prepared to advocate on the Town’s behalf for the Niagara Region to stand behind their agreement with the Town and Infrastructure Ontario with respect to the financing of the Town’s Community Centre.

As a result of the firm’s efforts in advance of the meeting, and with the assistance of Infrastructure Ontario, Town staff and Regional staff, the potential dispute was pulled from the agenda, and the Region confirmed that it would abide by its previous commitment.
