After graduating from Brock University in 1978 with his Bachelor of Science Degree, Terry attended law school at Queen’s University where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree in 1981. Terry returned to St. Catharines and commenced his employment with Harris, Barr, the predecessor of the current firm Daniel & Partners, where he is now the senior active partner.
Terry is primarily engaged as a trial lawyer. While his practice is focused on personal injury and insurance law, he has extensive experience in administrative, municipal and estate litigation.
Terry has appeared as counsel in the Ontario Court (General Division), Superior Court, Divisional Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada.
Terry is also active within his church and serves as a committee member of the local hospital.

Don’s areas of specialization are civil and commercial litigation, employment law, municipal law, administrative law, and commercial transactions. He has considerable trial and appellate experience before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal, and before various administrative tribunals, including the Normal Farm Practices Protection Board and the Appeals Committee of the Ontario Hockey Federation and Hockey Canada.
Don has extensive experience representing parties on both sides of transactions and disputes, including employers and employees in employment disputes, and purchasers and vendors in complex business transactions. This experience provides Don with a comprehensive perspective and understanding of all issues involved, which he utilizes to achieve the most favourable outcomes for his clients.
A long time resident of the Niagara Region, Don received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Cornell University in 1977, and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario in 1984. He was called to the bar in 1986, and has acted as a co-chairman of a shareholder’s rights program presented by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Don is a golf and auto-racing enthusiast who is very active in the Niagara community. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Niagara Falls Humane Society, and has previously held directorships on the Boards of the St. Catharines Club, and the St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation. Don has also been active in fundraising for the United Way.

Callum Shedden |

Callum specializes in the areas of municipal law, land use planning, land development, real estate and wills and estates administration. He regularly appears before municipal councils and administrative tribunals, including the Ontario Municipal Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Niagara Escarpment Commission, the Conservation Review Board and the Assessment Review Board.
Born and raised in West Lincoln, Callum received his Bachelor of Arts from Brock University in 1981 and his Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1984. He was called to the bar by the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1987.
Callum is actively involved in youth sports in the community, and serves as a coach with the Wainfleet Minor Hockey Association.

Peter was called to the Ontario Bar in 1986 following his graduation from the University of Western Ontario Law School. Afterwards, he worked for a major Canadian insurance company, examining large claims and providing legal advice to the claims department before joining Daniel & Partners’ predecessor in 1988. He is now a Partner with the firm serving clients across Ontario and the Niagara Region.
Peter’s law practice focuses on insurance law including the defense of major injury claims, property insurance litigation, and insurance policy interpretation and advice. His knowledge and experience in insurance defence is of great benefit for plaintiffs in accident related injury claims.
Peter is a member of the Advocates’ Society, the Lincoln Law Association and the Ontario Insurance Adjusters Association. An avid golfer and curler, he is a longtime member of the St. Catharines Golf & Country Club.

Brandon joined Daniel & Partners in 2001, having practiced in the Region since 1992. He graduated from Glendon College of York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in the bilingual program in 1990 and subsequently earned a Bachelor of Laws degree (now Juris Doctor) from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University in 1993. He was called to the Bar in 1995.
Brandon has practiced exclusively in the areas of real estate, business and wills and estates law throughout his career. A lifelong resident of the Niagara Region, Brandon is counsel to a number of small businesses, not-for-profit and charitable corporations and individuals throughout Ontario. He is a past board member and president of Niagara Falls Big Brothers Big Sisters Association, a past board member and vice-president of Niagara Falls Humane Society and a current board member of St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation.
Brandon is also a past instructor of the “Corporate Law for Law Clerks” course at Niagara College and regularly writes articles and gives lectures and presentations on topics within his practice areas.

Ken received his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Western Ontario in 1988. He graduated from Western Law School in 1991 and was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1993. After several years of practice in the Niagara area, Ken joined Daniel & Partners as a partner.
Ken practices primarily in the areas of family law, wills and estates, and estate litigation. He has authored several articles on matrimonial issues and has been featured in local radio and newspaper interviews on current topics in family law.
Ken is a past executive member of the Lincoln County Law Association and the St. Catharines Jaycees. He is a member of the Area Committee for Legal Aid and was previously an executive member of Nelephant Montessori School.

Lucianna received her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2003, and her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with distinction in 2000 from the University of Western Ontario. After completing her articles with Daniel & Partners, she was called to the bar by the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2004 and joined the firm as an associate. She subsequently joined the Partnership in 2011. Lucianna’s areas of practice include personal injury and insurance law, particularly motor vehicle claims, occupier’s liability, accident benefits and disability benefits claims. She has lectured and written papers in the areas of motor vehicle and insurance law.
Lucianna was born and raised in Fort Erie and is a graduate of Lakeshore Catholic High School. She is a member of the Lincoln County Law Association, the Hamilton Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association and The Advocates’ Society. She is a past chair of the board of directors for Niagara Victim Crisis Support Services and a past member of the board of directors for the Brain Injury Association of Niagara as well as a past member of the St. Catharines Jaycees.

After completing her articles with Daniel & Partners, she was called to the bar by the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2008 and returned to the firm as an associate. In 2011, Sarah completed her Master of Liberal Arts in Management at Harvard University.
In her spare time, Sarah competes on the Winter Club of St. Catharines’ adult synchronized skating team, and acts as a judge of the Niagara Regional Science and Engineering Fair. She also holds the position of Young Lawyer representative on the Board of Directors of the Lincoln County Law Association.

Bevin joined Daniel & Partners in 2008 after completing her articles at a Toronto litigation firm. She practices primarily in the areas of personal injury and insurance law. She has lectured and written papers on the topics of the rights and entitlements of plaintiffs in personal injury and accident benefit matters.
Bevin received her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2006 from Osgoode Hall Law School, and graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours. She is the vice chair of the Niagara North Community Legal Clinic’s board and sits on the Brock University Research Ethics Board. She is a member of the Lincoln County Law Association, the Hamilton Law Association and the Advocates’ Society.

Jennifer Matunin-Brown practices civil litigation with a focus on accident benefits litigation, personal injury and insurance law.
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts with Highest Honours in 2006 from Carleton University in Legal Studies and Gender Studies with a minor in Film Studies. She received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa in 2009. Jennifer articled with Daniel & Partners and returned to the firm after her call to the Bar in 2010.
Jennifer is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Lincoln County Law Association.
