Nicholas Baxter joined the Daniel & Partners LLP team in 2017 as an articling student and was called to the bar by the Law Society of Ontario in January 2018. He is now an associate lawyer practicing in the areas of civil litigation, with a focus in personal injury law.
Born and raised in St. Catharines, Nick attended Governor Simcoe Secondary School and Brock University. Nick achieved first-class standing upon graduating from Brock University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science concentrating in Public Law. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Lakehead University’s Bora Laskin Faculty of Law in 2017.
Nick has held positions at Niagara North Community Legal Assistance, Hamilton Community Legal Clinic, and Weiler Maloney Nelson, a law firm in Thunder Bay, Ontario. He has experience in appearing before both the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice.
Nick understands that when clients seek legal assistance they can be going through the most vulnerable and difficult moments of their life. As such, he is dedicated to providing clear, effective and efficient services.
In his spare time, Nick enjoys playing soccer, tennis, and golf.
