September 28th, 2019 marks the 1 year anniversary of the Call to the Bar for Karen Shedden.
Karen was raised in Wainfleet, Ontario. She received her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Brock University in 2009, and her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Leicester in the U.K. in 2016. Karen went on to earn her Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation in January 2018 before entering the Law Society of Ontario’s Lawyer Licensing Process.
Karen first joined the team at Daniel & Partners LLP in 2014 as a summer student and completed her articles with the firm. Following her Call to the Bar, Karen joined the firm as an associate lawyer, practicing municipal law and wills and estates.
Karen is a board member of the Lincoln County Law Association, and is a member of the Guardian Angels Rugby Club and the South Buffalo Rugby Club.
