Jeremy’s area of practice is general litigation, involving matters such as construction liens, breach of contract disputes, small claims files, and provincial offences. Prior to joining Daniel & Partners Jeremy practiced several fields of law in Northern Ontario, including family and criminal matters. He is a trial-experienced litigator who has frequently spoken at the Small Claims Court, the Ontario Court of Justice, and the Superior Court of Justice. Jeremy’s approach to his files combines a focus on results, a concern for cost-effectiveness, and an appreciation for the unique needs of every client.
Jeremy has received a Bachelor of Humanities from Carleton University, a Masters of Arts from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Education from Nipissing University, and a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the bar in 2016.
